Meet Your Pelvic Floor Therapist
Amanda Ossig PT, DPT PCES
Amanda is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in exercise science, earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University.
Early in her career, she began noticing patterns in her female orthopedic patients that pointed to deeper, often overlooked pelvic floor concerns. That curiosity led her to pursue training in pelvic health, and she quickly found where she truly belonged. Her passion for this work has continued to grow ever since.
Amanda loves working with individuals across all stages of life and a wide range of pelvic floor concerns. While she treats all pelvic health conditions, she has a special passion for supporting women during the postpartum period—helping them heal, regain strength, and feel confident in their bodies again.
One of her favorite parts of being a physical therapist is the relationships she builds with her patients. She strives to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and at ease throughout your care.
Through her experience, Amanda recognized a gap in access to pelvic floor therapy—especially for mothers. Many women struggled to attend appointments or complete their plan of care due to the demands of childcare and time away from home. Bloom Pelvic Health was created to make care more accessible by bringing specialized pelvic floor physical therapy directly to you.
Her goal is simple: to help you feel stronger, supported, and confident in your body—no matter what stage of life you’re in!
